newcut.org (the "Site") is an online service (the "Service(s)") for consumers to purchase tickets to movies, shows and music gigs playing at our venue, The Cut (the "Organisation"), in Halesworth, Suffolk. This Privacy Policy explains to you our intent with any information we recieve from you and also a brief summary on how we store or remove your data.

When buying tickets through our Site, we may collect information from you, as described below:

Information You Provide: We collect information from you when you voluntarily provide the information. This will only be when purchasing tickets through the Site or by telephone. This may include but not be limited to your full name, your home address, your contact phone number or your email address.

Marketing Communcation: If you opt-in through a form on our website to recieve our marketing communication with news, updates and events, we will ask you for your email address. This is completely optional and you will be sent a confirmation email to assure you that you'd like to sign up for this feature.

The Organisation is based in Halesworth, Suffolk UK. No matter where you are located, you consent to the process and transfer of your information in and to the U.K. The laws of the U.K. and other countries, governing data collection and use, may not be as comprehensive or protective as the laws of the country where you live.

We ask for your full name and home address so we are able to send your tickets straight to your door, should you wish to have them delivered. We also require a telephone number or email address. We use this so we are able to contact you swiftly and promptly in case of any show cancellations, changes or problems. We will never contact you outside of business hours (9am-6pm) or about any subject other than your connection to The Organisation. All data is processed in-house, we do not share your details with any third parties. Your information may be passed on to people within The Organisation only. If you have opted-in to receive marketing communication your email address will be used to facilitate this transfer. You must “opt-in” to this feature. We do not automatically add your contact details after purchasing tickets through The Site. Any marketing communication you receive will contain instructions to "opt-out" should you wish to stop receiving. In addition, if you “opt-out" any details supplied to us through our registration form will be removed from our database.

The Organisation does not sell any of your information. Any information you supply to us we hold in the highest regard and will strive to keep it safe and out of view of the public eye. Should the need arise where we need to transfer your data, we will ask for your consent.
