Science Café

Our speaker will be travelling from Holland especially, to talk to us about Algae as production organisms. They capture carbon and can provide an alternative to meat protein, therefore are potentially ecologically beneficial on several levels. “Algae” seeing you there, Halloween costumes are optional!

6-9pm. The Cut Science Café provides an informal, friendly enviroment in which to dicuss the latest ideas in science and technology, whilst enjoying a drink and delicious food from our licensed café, which will be open from 6pm. Talks start at 7pm in the theatre. The evening ends at 9pm. Pre-booking is highly recommended.
