Food and Film Evening

Friday 6th July 2018 - 6:30 pm

Dir: Cedric Klapisch, 2017, France, 113 mins.
With Pio Marmai, Ana Giradot, Maria Valverde, Francois Civil.

This is an engaging family drama set in a French vineyard.  The owner is dying and his three children gather together to take on their inheritance.  For Jean, Juliette and Jeremie there is the task of keeping the winery going in order to pay the massive inheritance tax that comes with it.  But it's hard to feel sorry for them when all about are the stunning views of rural France and the charming notes of the ubiquitous accordion.

Food will be served from 6:30pm and the film will start at 8pm

Our menu for this evening will be a delicious Coq Au Vin, or alternatively we will also be serving a Classic Ratatouille, both accompanied with a side salad and fresh French Bread.

Make sure to save some room for dessert as we'll have a mouth watering Chocolate Gateau. Dinner is served from 6:30pm for only £15, but only available through prebooking.
