A flowing, slow-paced matwork class to strengthen core muscles, release back, shoulder and neck tension, improve spinal and joint integrity, increase wellbeing and raise awareness of how to deal with individual problem areas. This is a unique Pilates matwork class with elements from somatic movement practices to build strength without tension, change habitual movement patterns and increase freedom and ease of movement.
