PiYo is a hybrid, athletic workout, which combines the mind/body practices of yoga and Pilates, as well as the principles of stretch, strength training, conditioning and dynamic movement.

It is a pre-designed class that will really get your heart rate going as it features various styles of yoga and Pilates in continuous movement and flow from one exercise to another.

And to top it all off, the music is awesome!

In her 17th year as a full time fitness Instructor in Suffolk, Millie has worked as a community class instructor, in Clubs from Ipswich, London, Cambridge, Norwich and 3 years as the Pilates Instructor at Dance East in Ipswich Her classes have included  Aerobics, Step, Aqua, her own fitness fusion classes Pilates and currently Kettlercise Pure and Combat MX and Pilates Barre and Booty Barre. She has 12 years experience as a freelance Personal Trainer holding a level 4 Advanced PT qualification with the YMCA. Her first Pilates Matwork Training was over 10 years  ago and after as many years of classes running at The Cut she now runs a bespoke members Pilates Studio providing Reformer, Mat, Barre, Pure Stretch and Private classes for all ages and abilities,  and a variety of mind body workshops.  Her preferred choice for Pilates equipment train ing is STOTT, a contemporary and anatomical approach to the classical repertorire and the Studio is very well equipped with the beautiful STOTT equipment.
