Dance Based Fitness Class

Monday, 10:30 am - 11:30 am

A dance based fitness class designed to work the whole body including; a cardio workout; stretching for greater flexibility; strengthening and toning exercises that target key muscle groups. This class offers a sensitive approach for individual fitness levels in a relaxed and support environment.

Students have the option to zoom in on a live streaming of all classes
